We are looking for 100 panellists - new students who are starting University in Sept 2010. Each of the chosen 100 panellists will receive a £15 voucher for www.amazon.co.uk, in return for their continued participation on the 100voices website. Please respond early to avoid disappointment.

1. Offer qualification / eligibility criteria.
This offer is subject to the completion of an online survey which will be assessed by Barclays Bank PLC ("Barclays") upon submission of your responses and you will be notified by email whether you have been successful in your application.

Selection of successful applicants is based on survey responses and is solely at the discretion of Barclays. No correspondence will be entered into. The offer is also conditional upon you opting-in to receive communications relating to www.100voices.co.uk from the 100voices team at Barclays. Offer open to all UK residents over 18 years of age. You may be required to submit valid identification before receiving any prize.

2. Prize draw terms and conditions:
All the panellists selected to participate in 100voices have the chance to win a £500 www.Amazon.co.uk voucher. Panellists who have made at least 5 posts on the 100voices forum and whose fifth post is made by 23:59 on November 31st 2010 will be entered into a prize draw, and the winner picked at random.

A. The 100voices £500 Amazon voucher prize draw is only open to residents in the UK who are over 18 years of age and who have successfully qualified as panellists on the 100voices community site. This prize draw excludes employees of Barclays and their agents, and anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

B. Only panellists who have made 5 forum posts on the 100voices community site as of 23:59 on November 31st 2010 will be entered into the prize draw.

C. The winner will be selected in one final draw on the 1st of December.

D. The winner will be randomly selected by an independent person and will win a £500 Amazon.co.uk voucher. No cash alternative is available.

E. The winner will be notified in writing by 8^th December 2010. The winner will be announced after this date.

F. Barclays reserves the right to substitute the prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances outside their control.

G. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

3. Any comments or posts you make on the www.100voices.co.uk community site may be used in future by Barclays communications and you hereby consent to Barclays' use of, and the right to publish, any details, comments and other information provided by you in relation to this offer and on the community site (including use in printed publications, editorial and PR activities, on websites). Any such use shall be entirely within Barclays' discretion. Please be reassured that your anonymity will be kept.
